Embracing Creativity, Community, and the Wonders of Nature
For six weeks from the 2nd of April until the 14th of May 2023, a group of nomads and volunteers came together to embark on a unique adventure called “Art Workation Braunwald”. Their mission was to refurbish the Adrenalin Backpackers Hotel, located in a breathtakingly beautiful natural setting, and infuse it with art and creativity. The journey was filled with creativity, community, and a deep connection to nature.
Led by the talented artist and facilitator Piera Mattioli, the team of volunteers and nomads was eager to transform the space into a work of art. The team was made up of people from different backgrounds and nationalities, but they all shared a passion for art, nature, and community.
Together, they brainstormed, planned, and brought their vision to life, infusing every corner of the hotel with vibrant colors and intricate details inspired by the surrounding natural beauty.
But this journey was about more than just the physical transformation. It was a magical experience of connection and camaraderie. The team worked side by side, shared meals, and danced until the early hours of the morning. They immersed themselves in the local culture, attended festivals, and participated in traditional ceremonies, forging bonds with the community.
As the six weeks drew to a close, the team felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. They had not only created an awe-inspiring space but also discovered the power of art to bring people together and ignite transformation. This journey of self-discovery and creativity serves as a reminder of what can be achieved when passion and purpose align.
