I have a problem in my location. Who do i contact?
On site there is a community manager he or she is the first contact point for daily issues.
I want to stay longer, is this possible?
Yes it is possible to extend your stay. Please write an email to coliving@frilingue.ch
I want to cancel or shorten my stay, can I do this?

Who cleans my room and the general areas?
It is your responsibility to clean your bedroom yourself.
General areas need to be kept clean by everyone in the location. Everyone cleans there own cups, plates, pans,..... and puts them dry away.
Work
How is the Wifi?
Our wifi is in general places between 100 mbps.
Is there a quiet space for work?
There is a dedicated shared work area. We try to keep it down but suggest noise-cancelling ear phones.
Community
How do we communicate at the location?
  • There is a location WhatsApp group where everyone in the building is a part of.
  • We also have an Activity board in every location so you will be up to date on what is happening
Food
How does dinner or meals work?
We like to cook and eat together. At all locations there is a well equipped common kitchen.
Are there any shops and restaurants near by?
There are restaurants and small convinient stores in walking distance.
Are there any food delivery services? (Uber-eats etc)
No. These services won't come up into the mountains.

Are pets allowed?

Skiing & Snowboaring
Can I rent ski/snowboard equippment?
Yes. Equipment can be rented here
How far are the ski slopes away?
The Liddes-Vichères ski area is 5 minutes by car from our group home and has 4 lifts. It is particularly suitable for "powdering". We offer bus-transport to and from the slopes.
How can I buy the (ski-) pass?

Arrival
How to get there?
Liddes is 1346 meters above sea level. From the bus station in our small hamlet below Liddes you need just 5 minutes on foot. If you have luggage, we will be happy to pick you up by car.
Liddes is connected to Martigny several times a day by public transport.
From Geneva airport you have every 30 minutes a train to Martigny. From Martigny you take a train to Orsières and then a bus to Liddes.

In November and December, there are usually Christmas Markets in the bigger towns nearby.

How can I get Nomad-Insurance?
